We're partnering with several premium and luxury retailers in Kildare Village who are seeking ambitious Assistant Store Managers ready to advance their careers.
Whether you come from high-street fashion, premium lifestyle, or luxury retail – if you're customer-obsessed and commercially minded, we want to hear from you.
What You'll Do:- Support the Store Manager in leading, motivating, and developing the team
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience, every time
- Drive performance and exceed KPIs through coaching and leading by example
- Ensure visual merchandising and brand standards are maintained
- Be actively involved in stock management, operational tasks, and team training
- 1–2+ years' experience as an Assistant Manager, Supervisor, or Team Lead in fashion retail
- A genuine passion for fashion and styling
- A natural people leader – confident, supportive, and approachable
- Commercial awareness and a positive, proactive attitude
- Experience working in fast-paced, customer-focused environments
