We're hiring an Assistant Manager to join our clients dynamic team in Swords - someone with a passion for people, product, and performance. The Role As Assistant Manager, you'll support the Store Manager in driving commercial success while maintaining a positive and inclusive store environment. You'll lead by example on the shop floor, motivating your team, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and ensuring smooth daily operations.
