Responsibilities
  • Provide person-centred support in line with the person's PCP and care plan.
  • Work on own initiative and support individuals with complex needs.
  • Assist with programme planning and implementing person-centred plans.
  • Maintain focus on the needs of the person supported in all activities.
  • Communicate effectively in English.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Full QQI Level 5 Health Care Qualification is essential (e.g., health, community, care sector).
  • Genuine passion for providing person-centred support.
  • Ability to work on own initiative.
  • Fluent English and excellent communication skills.
  • Full, clean driver's licence is essential.
