IAM Security Engineer/Application Support, OfficerState Street

State Street provides investment servicing, investment management, investment research, and trading services to institutional investors worldwide.

State Street's Identity and Access Management (IAM) engineering team is seeking outstanding individuals with excellent intellectual and analytical capabilities, entrepreneurial problem-solving skills, strong communication, and influencing skills. This role will encompass a broad range of responsibilities within IAM.

Responsibilities
  • Proven expertise in Systems Engineering and full Software Development Life Cycle (analysis, design, implementation).
  • Troubleshooting applications built in Java, Autosys, SQL.
  • Knowledge of incident, problem, change management processes, and DevOps practices.
  • Strong documentation skills, including writing RCAs, SOPs, and knowledge base articles.
  • Experience with monitoring tools such as Autosys, Dynatrace, Splunk.
Desired Skills
  • Excellent communication skills to promote critical wins and new behaviors across the organization.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Capability to work independently and within a small, focused, global Scrum team.
  • Self-starter with ownership, commitment, and passion for delivering results.
Education & Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree (BS).
  • Experience in cybersecurity within large financial organizations.
  • Demonstrated experience implementing large-scale IAM systems.
