Overview

Title: Associate Director - Commercial Property Management

Location: Dublin City (Hybrid working available)

The Company: This company is a market leader in all aspects of real estate. They have been instructed on some of the most exclusive portfolios in Ireland and work with an impressive list of clients.

The Role: This role is responsible for managing a portfolio of commercial assets. The portfolio that this role is responsible for is a mix of commercial assets. This role also focuses on maintaining an excellent client relationship and working closely with the wider team to ensure client satisfaction.

Responsibilities
  • Implement and review service charge budgets.
  • Prepare financial data for quarterly client reporting.
  • Work alongside the wider team, including Building Managers, accountancy team and the wider client network.
  • Ensure the properties in the portfolio are running smoothly each day and keep in close contact with the tenants on any issues that arise.
  • Undertake regular property inspections with the building manager.
