Responsibilities
  • Support the discipline Head of Department and team in delivering professional services throughout the project lifecycle, including feasibility studies, concept design, detailed design, and site support during construction.
  • Coordinate with other departments within the UK and the PM Group network.
  • Develop knowledge of how different departments operate within the Group.
  • Attend meetings with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders as applicable.
  • Assist in managing architectural, engineering, and construction projects from bids to handover.
  • Take responsibility for specific projects or parts of projects under guidance.
  • Ensure all work complies with PM Group's standards, procedures, and client requirements.
  • Develop technical skills through a proactive approach.
  • Promote health and safety standards throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Perform other tasks as required.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in architectural or engineering related field.
  • Ability to organize, plan, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proactive attitude with a 'can do' approach.
  • Good interpersonal skills for teamwork.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Commercial awareness or willingness to develop it.
  • Proficiency with IT and software systems.
