Head of Asset Management

We are working with an international real estate firm that is now growing its European presence in Dublin. The first of multiple hires is a Head of Asset Management who will play a strategic role in scaling the real estate platform.

THE ROLE:

  • Develop and implement asset management strategies to enhance value and returns across a diverse property portfolio.
  • Lead the repositioning, leasing, and operational improvement of assets to maximise income and capital value.
  • Oversee property management, leasing negotiations, and tenant relations to ensure high occupancy and strong tenant retention.
  • Manage financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting on asset performance.
  • Conduct market analysis and due diligence to identify opportunities for value enhancement and risk mitigation.
  • Collaborate with investment, finance, and development teams on acquisitions, disposals, and redevelopment projects.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field
  • Chartered Surveyor with 10+ years of experience in asset management,
  • Strong knowledge of commercial real estate, fixed income, and financial concepts
  • Fluency in additional European languages is a plus
  • Team player with strong relationship-building skills, able to work independently while reflecting company values
