We are seeking an experienced Asset Management Professional to oversee the performance, value, and strategic management of a residential and commercial portfolio.
- Develop and implement strategies to maximise the financial performance and value of assets through rent reviews, lease renewals, development, CAPEX refurbishments, and value-add opportunities.
- Manage on-site managers on behalf of the fund.
- Prepare annual budgets for estates, arrange tenders, and ensure best practice and cost efficiencies.
- Perform day-to-day financial management, cash flow preparation, and program of works.
- Generate regular reports on asset performance, providing insights and recommendations to senior management.
Requirements:
- Strong financial skills and experience in property investment and management.
- Good understanding of property investment and block management.
- Ability to work in a small team and build a career with professionals in a dynamic company.
- Reporting into the Head of Asset Management.
- Working closely with the Portfolio and Fund Manager.
