Job Description:
We are currently seeking motivated and empathetic Social Care Workers to join our team on a full-time permanent basis. The ideal candidate will work as part of a supportive team to provide care and support tailored to the needs of individuals in residential or community-based settings.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide professional care and support to service users in line with individual care plans

Promote independence, dignity, and social inclusion

Liaise with families, multidisciplinary teams, and other professionals

Maintain accurate and timely records

Participate in the development and implementation of care strategies

Requirements:

A Level 7 (Ordinary Bachelor Degree) or Level 8 (Honours Bachelor Degree) qualification in Social Care or a related field

CORU registration or eligibility to register with CORU as a Social Care Worker

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Commitment to person-centred care and safeguarding practices

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Permanent, full-time contract
