Release Train Engineer

Reperio has partnered with a leading organization undergoing a major Agile transformation, seeking an experienced Release Train Engineer (RTE) to join their Agile Delivery team on a 12-month rolling contract.
This role offers a unique opportunity to work at the core of a large-scale Agile Release Train, fostering cross-team collaboration, continuous delivery, and value flow. The position provides flexible working arrangements.
Responsibilities:
- Facilitate Program Increment (PI) Planning, ART syncs, and system demos
- Drive the flow of value using Agile tools and frameworks (SAFe, Kanban)
- Collaborate with Product Management, Scrum Masters, and Engineering to manage risks and dependencies
- Promote Agile best practices and ensure alignment across teams
- Lead Inspect & Adapt workshops and continuous improvement initiatives
- Serve as a servant leader and coach across the Agile Release Train
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Release Train Engineer in complex, enterprise-level environments
- Strong knowledge of Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe); SAFe RTE certification is highly desirable
- Excellent stakeholder management and facilitation skills
- Experience with Agile delivery tools (e.g., Jira, Rally) or equivalent
- Ability to work independently and influence without authority
