You will be involved in a wide range of high-profile commercial disputes, including financial services litigation, insolvency and restructuring, property disputes, regulatory investigations, and construction litigation. The Role

As a Dispute Resolution Associate, you will:

  • Advise clients on commercial litigation matters, focusing on financial services, insolvency, property disputes, and regulatory investigations.

  • Take an active role in client-facing interactions, providing timely, commercial advice and overseeing a broad range of matters.

  • Work with domestic and international clients to manage high-value, high-profile disputes.

  • Develop your skills through exposure to challenging and complex cases.

  • Participate in business development initiatives and contribute to the firm's growth.

The Person

We're looking for someone who:

  • Has 3-5 years PQE in commercial litigation (ideally from a large domestic or international law firm in Dublin).

  • Has exceptional drafting and technical skills with the ability to manage a wide range of litigation matters.

  • Is client-facing, with strong communication skills and a sense of urgency in providing advice.

  • Has a strong academic background and a passion for developing expertise in dispute resolution.

  • Demonstrates attention to detail, excellent organisational skills, and the ability to prioritise effectively.
