About The Role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join the team in Limerick, where you will be advising on €900m+ of live projects in multiple sectors, including:

  • Quantity Surveyor on over 1,500 residential units
  • Bank Monitor on approximately 900 residential units
  • Projects in the Commercial, Student Accommodation, Retail and Education sectors
Requirements / Qualifications
  • Relevant third level qualification in quantity surveying / construction economics
  • 5 – 15 years' experience
  • Ideally experience within a consultancy or developer role, but others will be considered
  • High level of reporting skills
  • Shrewd, precise eye for detail
  • Excellent experience dealing with subcontractors and client-side negotiations
  • Experience with residential, commercial and retail projects
  • Motivated and diligent team player who will go the extra mile
  • An ambitious individual looking to develop within their career
