Project Quantity Surveyor – Permanent

We're looking for a Project Quantity Surveyor to join a leading construction team in Limerick. This is a permanent role with a salary range of €55,000 - €75,000, offering the chance to take full ownership of projects from the tender stage through to final account.

What You'll Do
  • Oversee project budgets, cost reporting, BOQs, and profit planning.
  • Prepare and submit monthly valuations, variations, and final accounts.
  • Lead interim commercial meetings with clients and internal project teams.
  • Procure and manage subcontractors, ensuring payments are accurate and on time.
  • Monitor schedules, identify risks, and collaborate with planning engineers.
  • Maintain precise commercial records and ensure compliance with ISO 9001:2015.
What We're Looking For
  • Minimum 3+ years' experience in a Project Quantity Surveyor role within construction/electrical sectors.
  • Strong commercial and contract management skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and organisational abilities.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritise tasks, and deliver accurate results to tight deadlines.
