DesignBuild Search is seeking a Senior Project Manager on behalf of our client, one of Ireland's leading Project Management Consultancies based in South Dublin.

Our client has extensive experience in delivering commercial, healthcare, pharmaceutical and residential projects throughout Ireland.

Our client ensures excellence in all aspects of their work. You will have the opportunity to expand on your existing skills and progress your career by being a part of large projects for high-profile clients.

What you'll do:

  • Manage a number projects from project award through to completion
  • Delegate tasks and resources to ensure the project is delivered according to plan.
  • Take ownership of and complete the aforementioned project lifecycle, manage and co-ordinate the appropriate construction team personnel and on-site contractors.
  • Monitor and document project progress to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery. Report project results to clients and management.
  • Implementation of relevant Health & Safety processes

What you'll need:

  • 7-10 years experience as a Project Manager
  • 7-10 years experience with a Project Management Consultancy
  • Experience with Public and Private Contracts
  • Construction related degree (must have)
  • Must be a driven individual with ambition to progress within your position.

  • Salary ranging between €80,000 - €90,000 (DOE)
