The Role

As Communications & Marketing Manager, you will play a key role in developing and delivering the internal and external communications strategy for Ardonagh Europe. Reporting to the Chief Administrative Officer, you will work closely with senior leadership, HR, marketing, and other key stakeholders to drive engagement, enhance corporate messaging, and strengthen Ardonagh Europe's brand.

This role requires a strategic thinker with strong writing and content creation skills, excellent stakeholder management, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. You will act as the communications business partner to Ardonagh Europe's leadership, helping shape and deliver key messages that align with the company's strategic objectives.

Qualifications, Experience & Person Specification

  • Proven experience in internal communications, corporate communications, or marketing within a multi-site, fast-paced organisation.
  • Strong writing, editing, and content creation skills, with the ability to craft clear and engaging messages for diverse audiences.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, with the ability to confidently advise senior leadership and collaborate across different teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritising effectively and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience using internal communications platforms and digital engagement tools, with a good understanding of best practices in employee engagement.
  • Strategic thinker, able to develop high-impact communication plans while also being hands-on in execution.
  • Financial services or insurance industry experience at least 5 years.
  • Proficiency in video editing or visual content creation would be beneficial.
  • German language skills are a plus but not essential.
