We are seeking a talented individual to join our Insurtech team at Marsh Ireland. This role will be based in Dublin.

This is a hybrid role requiring at least three days a week in the office.

As a Digital Product Owner for Insurtech, you will play a key role in delivering Marsh's large-scale, complex programs aligned with our global transformation efforts.

Manage regional digital products end-to-end to achieve business outcomes, contribute to a detailed product roadmap, and participate in discovery exercises to understand end-user needs, especially for the Placement & Policy Management (PPM) program.

We will count on you to:

  • Partner with UX and Design teams to ensure user-friendly, scalable product experiences
  • Lead work stream meetings, document actions and risks, escalate issues, and ensure remediation
  • Develop methods for regional implementation of long-term product goals for complex projects
  • Serve as an expert in product functionality and business domain
  • Communicate risks, dependencies, and changes proactively to stakeholders
  • Coordinate large regional projects with plans, milestones, and deliverables

What you need to have:

  • Experience as a Product Owner or similar role in digital or technical projects
  • Knowledge of Insurance, Broking, and/or Carrier markets
  • Strong partnership and communication skills with managers, stakeholders, and delivery teams
  • Experience in Agile product development
