We are now looking for a new EHS Advisor to join our dynamic team in Dublin, Ireland
This role will be based in our Dublin office, with around 50% time spent on client sites around Dublin and wider Ireland.
Our new colleague will manage the coordination of activities related to the implementation and management of Health, Safety and environmental matters within Vertiv Ireland.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and manage ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards.
- Collaborate regularly with clients, attend site meetings, and manage their EHS requirements.
- Conduct audits on engineers and project sites across the UK.
- Support projects department with EHS audits and CDM management during construction works.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental legislation, and corporate policies.
- Investigate and report accidents and near misses thoroughly.
- Maintain and develop internal audit schedules for EHS management systems.
- Manage risk assessments, hazard identification, and implement corrective actions.
- Deliver and support safety inductions and training for employees and managers.
- Manage accident investigations and coordinate internal and external communications.
- Prepare and maintain EHS documentation and reports, including environmental data.
- Perform compliance audits on Vertiv facilities.
- Support EHS communication across the EMEA region.
- Undertake additional duties as assigned by senior management.

Experience required:
- Professional EHS membership (IOSH) Preferred.
- CDM experience.
- 3 years experience in a similar role.
- Construction, Electrical, UPS, Thermal or Generator experience would be an advantage.
- Strong Stakeholder Management skills
- NEBOSH Certificate would be preferred
