EHS Manager

The role of Senior EHS Manager is crucial in achieving Viatris' Environmental, Health & Safety vision.
This position involves engaging stakeholders at all levels to drive a positive safety culture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide sound technical advice on EHS issues and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Participate in introducing new products or changes to evaluate impact on health and safety as well as the environment.
- Implement and maintain EHS programs to ensure compliance with internal and external obligations.
- Monitor compliance with industrial emissions licenses and notify relevant authorities in a timely manner.
- Liaise with EHS regulatory agencies and identify and manage legal requirements.
- Foster a culture of process safety and occupational hygiene aligning with pharma industry standards.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in EHS in a cGMP environment.
- Previous experience in an EHS management role would be advantageous.
- Bachelor's Degree in Science or Engineering, plus a Diploma in Health & Safety or Environmental Management.
- Experience working in a facility with an Industrial Emissions Licence is mandatory.
- Ability to interpret regulations and support their implementation.
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and influencing skills.
- Good computer skills including MS Office and MS Outlook.
