Recruitment Account Manager | €40,000–€50,000 base + comms | Central Dublin office

If you're a relationship-driven recruiter who loves working directly with clients (without endless cold calling), this role offers the perfect mix of autonomy, trust, and career progression - all within a high-performing, well-established recruitment business.

Founded nearly 20 years ago, the company has grown into one of the most respected names in its space, with a strong presence across Ireland and an expanding footprint in Europe.

They operate a 180 recruitment model, pairing exceptional delivery consultants/Account Managers with their clients - and now we're looking for a skilled Account Manager to take on, nurture, and grow existing relationships.

The Role:

As an Account Manager, you'll be the face of the business to a portfolio of high-value clients, which will involve:

  • Managing live client relationships - you will take briefs, handle search assignments, and ensure consistent quality delivery.
  • Grow accounts organically - identify opportunities to expand our presence within existing clients.
  • Represent the brand at client meetings, networking events, and industry gatherings.
  • No high-volume cold calling - this is about relationship management, consultative engagement, and strategic growth.

About You

  • 3+ years' experience in recruitment (IT and Tech ideally) with a strong client-facing, track record.
  • Confident managing senior-level client conversations.
  • Skilled at spotting commercial opportunities within existing accounts (very much a land and expand approach)
  • Naturally relationship-focused, with excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Preferably Dublin-based or happy to work from the central Dublin office regularly.
