Summary:

We are looking to hire a versatile Senior Consultant within the WTW Cyber & Tech Consulting Team. This senior professional will oversee the development, sale, and delivery of consulting services related to cybersecurity, cyber and tech risk management capabilities for our clients. You must live in Ireland or Continental Europe. We are opening this position to find the best candidates, regardless of where you sit.

The Role:

You will be part of an international team providing cyber & tech risk consulting services to WTW clients across Western Europe. You will work with clients from different countries. Most of the job can be done remotely, but depending on each project and the client's requirements, you might travel to work closely with the client's IT/OT/Cybersecurity & Risk teams. We expect you to conduct the following activities by working closely with the Head of Cyber & Tech Consulting Team (which you will report to):

  1. Assess the maturity level of the client's cybersecurity program, leveraging European (ISO) and North American (NIST) standards, and develop strategies and roadmaps to mitigate identified risks, which may involve implementing new technologies, processes, or controls.
  2. Conduct deep dive technical assessments in collaboration with the Technical Security Research department related to External Attack Surface Assessment, Cloud Security Assessments, etc.
  3. Conduct tailored Cyber Risk Quantification processes considering international methodologies such as FAIR or similar approaches. As part of this practice, you will have to conduct Digital Business Impact Analysis (BIA) to identify and map essential assets with crucial business processes.
  4. Conduct GAP assessments against current cybersecurity EU legislation, such as NIS2, DORA, CRA, or CER.
  5. Participate in defining and developing incident response and recovery capabilities, including Incident Response Plans (IRP), Tabletop Exercises, Cyber Crisis Simulations, and Disaster Recovery Plans.
  6. Prepare clients to attend cyber insurance roadshows by providing accurate and structured qualitative and quantitative information on their cyber risk posture and hygiene, making them more attractive to carriers and securing better insurance conditions, and conduct cyber insurance optimization leveraging both qualitative and quantitative techniques.
