Qualifications- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of industry experience in advertising, consultative sales, or business development, or 3 years with an advanced degree.
- Fluent in English and Norwegian to engage with regional clients.
- Experience in hunting, acquisition, and startup environments.
- Experience in planning, delivering, and executing marketing campaigns, measurement, and creative strategy.
- Ability to own a portfolio in advertising or media sales and consistently overachieve quotas.
- Strategic thinking for complex issues with actionable recommendations.
- Ability to adapt quickly, be bold, and thrive in a dynamic environment.
Consulting with diverse advertising companies to find optimal advertising solutions. Your interest in sales and the digital economy, combined with entrepreneurial drive, will help brands expand using Google's latest products. Your understanding of online media and commercial skills will shape business growth. You will communicate effectively as the face of Google to clients, helping define strategies to reach millions of users.
Responsibilities- Achieve ambitious quarterly growth goals while providing excellent service to Google's advertisers in EMEA.
- Build and manage a pipeline by identifying high-potential businesses and collaborating with marketing teams.
- Establish relationships via calls and email, designing marketing strategies and delivering outstanding sales experiences.
- Consult with C-level clients to meet online marketing and business objectives using Google's solutions like YouTube, Search, and Display Network.
