We're seeking a future team member for the role of Associate, Investor Services Operations Representative I to join our Transfer Agency team. This role is located in Dublin on a Hybrid basis.
BNY Transfer Agency provides fund administration services to a multitude of clients including Money Markets, Mutual Funds, and ETFs. The Client Operations team provides both client service and oversight duties for and on behalf of our clients, including management of client queries, client escalations, supporting the offshore processing teams on complex queries, and management of risk throughout the transfer agency process as identified in our reconciliation process.
Responsibilities- Respond to all client queries within the required client SLA.
- Identify and manage risks as identified in the reconciliation process on behalf of our clients.
- Assist on all queries and escalations from processing teams (Dealing, Cash Settlements, Distributions, etc.).
- Engage with internal teams within Transfer Agency to resolve queries.
- Engage with the Fund Accountant, Custodian, and other service providers to the fund.
- Lead client/internal escalations and projects.
- Take a lead role in fund launches and the onboarding of new clients.
- Organize and manage a rota within your team of daily/weekly tasks.
- Supervise the day-to-day activities and staff within the team.
- Manage SLAs within Transfer Agency and escalate any potential late deliverables to the management team and/or client.
- Third level qualification is preferred or the equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 3+ years of work experience in Transfer Agency is required.
- Broad Transfer Agency knowledge in dealing, contact centre, cash settlements, reconciliations, or client service is required.
