A genuine passion for hospitality is a must, as you'll be working across events that are rooted in people, atmosphere, and service – from intimate activations to large-scale festivals.

PLEASE INCLUDE A SHORT INTRODUCTION WITH YOUR APPLICATION.

Your Role

As our Assistant Events Manager, your responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting and managing the logistics of live events, from scheduling teams to ensuring seamless load-ins and breakdowns.

  • Problem-solving on-site, keeping a level head while responding quickly and calmly to any challenges that arise.
  • Leading by example, you'll be physically present and actively involved on the ground throughout event execution.
  • Building strong relationships with team members, clients, and third parties, embodying the professionalism and energy of All Bar None Events.
  • Liaising closely with our event lead and partners to deliver projects to a high standard, with a shared sense of ownership and pride.

Who You Are

  • Experienced: You've worked in hospitality, bars, festivals or event environments and understand the high-energy, detail-focused nature of live operations.
  • Reliable: You show up on time, stay focused under pressure, and take accountability for your part in the bigger picture.
  • Organised: You know how to keep people, plans, and processes aligned, especially when things are moving fast.
  • Practical: You're comfortable with physical work and thrive in active, hands-on roles.
  • A Team Player: You bring a positive, collaborative spirit to the people you work with, and you're ready to support or lead as needed.

Success in the Role

Your impact will be measured by your ability to:

  • Ensure events run smoothly, on time, and to a high standard.
  • Communicate clearly and calmly with staff, partners, and clients.
  • Solve problems before they escalate, showing initiative and leadership under pressure.
  • Bring clarity, structure, and reliability to fast-moving, high-stakes environments.
