Overview

LSC have a great contract opportunity for a Supply chain Customer Service associate experienced in forecasting, order management and logistics with Cork based pharmaceutical company.


Role Summary

Manage customer and supplier relationships, coordinate order processing, logistics, and replenishment to ensure smooth supply chain operations across multiple sites in Europe and Asia.


Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain strong customer and supplier relationships
  • Process orders and coordinate shipments per country requirements
  • Manage sales forecasting and replenishment planning
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls and regulatory standards
  • Support stock reconciliations and credit management

Qualifications
  • Bachelor\'s degree with supply chain/logistics experience
  • Proficient in SAP and MS Office (especially Excel)
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Pharma manufacturing or GMP/GDP experience a plus
  • Procurement/Supply Chain/Logistics qualifications such as IIPMM, IPICS, APICS, with relevant experience as per outlined will be an advantage

Note: Are you currently eligible to work in Ireland? As this is a contract opportunity you will need to hold a Stamp 1G with at least 14 months to expiry date or a Stamp 4 visa to apply
