Overview

Senior Account Executive - Portfolio (Nordics) - LinkedIn Marketing Solutions (11 months FTC). This role is based in Dublin, Ireland with a hybrid work arrangement (home + select days in the office).

Responsibilities
  • Prospect, build pipeline and strong relationships with clients in your book of business to consistently achieve or exceed quota expectations
  • Besides quota, achieve quarterly KPIs designed to help you drive sales
  • Leverage existing as well as new client accounts to grow business revenue
  • Develop and execute a strategic plan for your book of business, leveraging LinkedIn's tools and processes for prioritization and client engagement
  • Educate clients on opportunities to optimize the LinkedIn platform using digital media expertise to help them be successful
  • Close business consistently at or above quota expectations
  • Provide updates to the management team on your pipeline, sales forecast, key objectives and results
  • Be proactive about solving problems and be ready to take on additional initiatives and responsibilities as they emerge
Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in client-facing roles with internal or external stakeholder management experience
  • 2+ years of media sales or digital marketing experience
  • Business fluency in English

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Fluency in a Nordic language (Swedish, Norwegian, Finnish, Danish)
  • Experience in a sales quota carrying role
  • Experience in client-facing roles with internal or external stakeholder management experience
  • Experience in sales connecting with customers, identifying their needs, and upselling and cross selling solutions
  • Knowledge of how Internet advertising technology works and the ability to explain it in ordinary terms
  • Proven communication and telephone skills across multiple channels (e.g., virtual meetings, phone, and email)
  • Experience with a CRM system - managing day-to-day tasks
  • Experience building rapport with key marketing/key decision makers
  • Ability to activate and grow existing business
  • Ability to manage a sizable volume of clients/accounts
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment
  • Experience with and are comfortable with ambiguity
