We are seeking a Process Technician II on a permanent basis to join our team. The role involves data analysis and identification of process improvements across on-site operations, with projects incorporating lean manufacturing and various improvement methodologies.
Responsibilities- Preventative Maintenance & Calibrations.
- Continuous improvement of mechanical and electrical systems to maximize availability and equipment reliability in a regulated Medical Device facility.
- Update and maintain maintenance records in an organized and efficient manner.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting on automated controls, electrical equipment and mechanical systems.
- Participate in training and development for cross-skilling and other job-related competencies.
- Operate in compliance with site Safe Systems of Work including permitting, LOTO, isolations and safety documentation reviews.
- Collaborate with Operations, Quality, EHS and other departments.
- Any other reasonable duties as required by management.
- Completion of Mechanical/Electrical/Multiskilled Apprenticeship or NFQ Level 6 qualification.
- Experience within Medical Devices or a similar industry is advantageous.
- Knowledge of electrical, mechanical, hydraulic & pneumatic drawings is advantageous.
- Experience with electrical and mechanical equipment within a regulated industry.
- Experience with SAP-based Computerised Maintenance Management System and electronic Maintenance Request Systems.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong planning and organizational ability.
