Process Technician S3 Job Description

This position involves working in a regulated Medical Device facility with responsibilities including data analysis, process improvement, preventative maintenance, and technical support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Preventative Maintenance & Calibrations
  • Continuous improvement of mechanical and electrical systems for maximum availability and equipment reliability
  • Update and maintain maintenance records in an organized manner
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for automated controls, electrical equipment, and mechanical systems
  • Participate in training and development programs for cross-skilling and job-related competencies
  • Work in compliance with site Safe Systems of Work and collaborate with Operations, Quality, EHS, and other departments
Requirements:
  • Completion of Mechanical/Electrical/Multiskilled Apprenticeship or NFQ Level 6 qualification
  • Experience in Medical Devices or a similar industry is an advantage
  • Knowledge of electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic drawings would be an advantage
  • Experience of working on and maintaining Electrical and Mechanical equipment in a regulated industry
  • Experience with SAP-based Computerised Maintenance Management System and electronic Maintenance Request Systems
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong planning and organizational ability
