What you'll do:

  1. Provide comprehensive consultancy services to clients
  2. Structure complex real estate transactions
  3. Advise banks, developers, state agencies, corporates, multinationals and both private equity and institutional investors

  6. Partner with senior business stakeholders

What you bring:

  1. Be admitted as a Solicitor in Ireland, England or Wales
  2. 1 - 4 PQE from a top- or mid-tier firm (or smaller boutique property practice)
  3. Experience in real estate is a necessity
  4. Excellent academics
  5. Strong focus on client service
  6. Ability to manage multiple clients and a busy workload
  7. Pro-active approach to work
  8. Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
