Base pay range

Our client, a Top Tier firm has instructed us to recruit a Bids Assistant/Executive to join their busy team. The role is reporting to the Bid Manager. Previous experience and knowledge of tenders would be beneficial, but not essential as training will be provided. For More Information, please call Emma Skelton 01 845 6302

Salary: to €65k

Benefits: Bonus, Annual Reviews, Hybrid Working, Pension, Healthcare, Gym, Canteen, Bike to Work Scheme, Travel Tax Incentives.

Total Package: Up to €80k

Duties:

  • Drafting tender documents for specific tender requirements.
  • Managing responses in each tender process in order to meet strict deadlines.
  • Interact with all departments to gather the information needed to put forward successful bids.
  • Finalising layout and formatting of physical and digital bid documents.
  • Updating the firms tender drafting software.
  • Keeping track of tender opportunities online.
  • Monitoring the tender tracking tool
  • Updating InterAction with client pitch information.
  • Assisting with other admin duties.

Experience:

  • 2-5 years' experience in a Professional Services environment.
  • Previous experience of tenders and bids work is a MUST.
  • High level of proficiency in MS Office.
  • Working knowledge of the Adobe suite would be a plus.
  • The ability to work within a team as well as being able to work on your own initiative.
