Bid Executive Role

Link Personnel has been instructed by our client, a Leading Law Firm in Dublin city centre, on a Bid Executive Vacancy. Joining a growing team working on winning new business through competitive pitch and tender processes. This is an exciting opportunity for the right candidate to work in a hands-on role in a fast-paced environment with the support of a well-established team. This role will support the Senior Manager of Bids and Pursuits.

Location: Dublin 2

Type: Permanent

Salary: to €50K DOE

Benefits: Pension, Bonus, Health Cover, Hybrid Working, Travel Tax Incentive, Bike to Work.

The Role:

  • Coordinate the bid process internally, including gathering response information to meet all deadlines.
  • Liaising with Partners, Associates and business services teams in the firm to update content.
  • Work with the drafting software and content library.
  • Formatting to ensure top-quality proposals.
  • Identifying new tender opportunities.
  • Ensuring our internal tender tracker is updated to record all key proposal information.
  • Other Ad-hoc duties as required.

The Candidate:

  • 2 years+ experience within a professional services environment.
  • Excellent written abilities with strong attention to detail, editing and proof-reading skills.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate and liaise effectively.
  • The ability to prioritise workloads and work on multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to network with colleagues to develop content.
  • Produce high standards of work.
  • Work as part of a team to deliver all projects on time.
  • High level of proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and manage priorities in order to meet deadlines.
