Overview

Maintenance Manager role at Locke Hotels.

Based in Dublin, Ireland, the Maintenance Manager will oversee maintenance across Locke's properties, including Beckett Locke and Zanzibar Locke.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee and manage maintenance across Locke properties, including Beckett Locke and Zanzibar Locke.
  • Supervise service, repairs, painting, and upkeep of apartments to high standards.
  • Proactively identify maintenance issues and coordinate timely resolutions.
  • Manage maintenance team and external contractors; ensure safe, compliant operations.
  • Coordinate with the General Manager to plan maintenance schedules and budgets.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for guests and residents.
Qualifications
  • Hands-on, practical handyman with tools for emergencies.
  • Ability to spot issues before they become problems; strong problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication and collaboration skills.
  • Seniority level: Entry level.
  • Flexibility to work across shifts, including weekends and bank holidays as required.
  • Health and safety knowledge and adherence to relevant regulations.

Base pay range

€70,000 - €75,000 per year, subject to experience.
