We, the leading foodservice and hospitality provider across the Island of Ireland, are seeking an Operations Manager to join our talented team on a full-time, permanent basis, working 40 hours per week.

As an Operations Manager, you will develop and lead a team of managers within the Connacht region to provide exceptional service to our clients. You will manage client relationships, ensuring compliance with company policies, and drive foodservice and support service solutions that exceed customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and implement growth and retention strategies for new and existing business across sectors through developing long-term account plans and a lifecycle review process.
  • Support the sales team in developing financially sound bids and proposals, and sign off final agreements to ensure operational excellence.
  • Deliver regional profit targets through leadership and support of Unit Managers.
  • Review unit and contract performance, identify improvements, and ensure contract compliance to exceed client expectations.
  • Analyze customer feedback trends to identify requirements and tailor company offerings to enhance satisfaction.
  • Communicate strategy to the team and implement improvements to maximize performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including strategic clients.
About You
  • Senior management experience leading operational teams to achieve results.
  • Experience implementing change programs to deliver operational benefits.
  • Ability to work within brand guidelines to deliver results.
  • Experience in highly commercial and price-sensitive markets.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Retail and facilities management experience.
  • Experience managing senior-level third-party relationships.
