Our client is a leading Financial Services company and is looking for a Tax Assistant Manager to join their well-established tax team. This leading Financial Service company is based in Dublin City Centre and offers a flexible hybrid model with 1 or 2 days in the office. They provide clear career progression internally, which will help you accelerate your career in a well-established leading financial service organisation.

Role:
  • Provide proactive employment tax advisory services to business units
  • Participate in projects and initiatives to help the organisation meet its strategic goals
  • Communicate effectively with non-tax colleagues on complex tax issues
  • Participate in the management of employment tax risk across the company
  • Having strong stakeholder management skills is important when communicating across the business
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or advanced degree from an accredited college or university
  • At least 3 years of Irish employment tax experience in practice or industry
  • Experience in building and maintaining relationships with relevant stakeholders
  • Good communication and influencing skills
  • Experience managing and dealing with diverse workstreams and delivering to specific deadlines
