Director & Head of Financial Services at EMPOWERMENT Financial Recruitment

An opportunity is presented to join an expanding Forensic & Investigation Services team in a broad role working closely with the Partner & Director of the Group.

Responsibilities:

  • Acting as a lead investigator across a range of workplace investigations & protected disclosure investigations.
  • Preparing project reports and related outputs to Director/Partner for final stage review.
  • Supporting BD activities including the development of tender documents, marketing campaigns & delivering successful client pitches

Experience:

  • Proven experience in workplace investigations in either a HR or legal capacity
  • Knowledge/experience of employee relations, employment law, and general HR topics
  • Superior communication skills, both verbal and report writing

*This role operates on a hybrid basis and comes with a strong salary and benefits package.

**Only candidates who meet the above criteria, are residing in Ireland and are Irish/EU citizens or operating on a minimum of Stamp 4 visa will be considered.
