Barden have been asked to act on behalf of the Group Financial Controller of a Dublin city based company to identify an ambitious Finance Manager for their Finance team. This is a great opportunity for the right person with the right ambition to work closely with the senior management team who are looking to bring a future leader into their rapidly growing Irish business.

About the RoleReporting directly to the Group Financial Controller and based in Dublin City, this role offers real scope to influence and lead. This is a pivotal time to join — with ambitious growth plans underway, you'll have a unique opportunity to shape the function and contribute directly to the business's success.
Responsibilities include:
- Managing and developing the Finance Team
- Month-end reporting and financial analysis
- Business partnering with commercial finance
- Audit management and tax compliance
- Leading and supporting finance projects and process improvements
You will be a Big 4 / Top 10 trained accountant (or equivalent) with 3+ years post-qualified experience, ideally gained in a fast-paced industry environment.
You'll bring:
- Strong technical knowledge of financial reporting
- Excellent stakeholder and relationship management skills
- Proven experience managing or mentoring others
- A practical, hands-on approach with a collaborative mindset
