We are recruiting for a Finance Manager on behalf of a leading financial services company. This is a fantastic opportunity for a finance professional with a strong background in statutory reporting and regulatory submissions to take on a key leadership role within a dynamic team. The position is hybrid, offering the flexibility of both working from home and in the company's modern City Centre offices.

CompensationCompensation: Up to 75k basic plus 27 days AL, pension and health
Base pay range: This range is provided by ACCPRO. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee the preparation and audit of statutory financial statements.
- Manage quarterly and annual regulatory returns to the Central Bank of Ireland.
- Prepare board-level reporting for the CFO.
- Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals.
- Collaborate with Actuarial Reporting and Actuarial teams.
- Ensure timely and accurate statutory and regulatory compliance.
- Maintain detailed process documentation and drive continuous improvement.
- Support ad-hoc duties as required.
