A well-established legal practice is seeking a highly experienced PA or Legal Executive to support a senior partner specialising in commercial and medical negligence law. This is a pivotal role suited to someone with 7–10 years' experience in a legal environment who thrives in a fast-paced, high-responsibility position.

Responsibilities:
  1. Preparing, formatting, and proofreading legal documentation including contracts, reports, and correspondence
  2. Assisting with litigation processes, case preparation, and the coordination of expert reports and medical records
  3. Liaising with clients, medical professionals, insurers, and third parties on case progress and documentation
  4. Handling billing, processing financial queries, and assisting with client account management
  5. Organising and maintaining efficient filing systems (electronic and hard copy) and managing case timelines
  6. General PA and secretarial duties such as diary management, travel bookings, and meeting coordination
Qualifications & Skills:
  • Proven legal administrative experience across top-tier firms
  • Exposure to medical and commercial legal processes through varied legal support roles
  • Strong document handling and production skills, with excellent attention to detail
  • Experience dealing with sensitive and confidential information in fast-paced legal environments
  • Familiarity with legal billing systems, case management software, and document review platforms
  • Excellent communication and client-facing skills, with a calm and professional manner
  • Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
