Suitable candidates for this role will have a background in personal injury, medical negligence, and/or healthcare litigation. You will be skilled in:

  • Managing AML and client onboarding processes.
  • Providing administrative support to Partners and Senior Associates, keeping files up to date and producing high-level documents (to include pleadings, correspondence, and legal agreements).
  • Monthly and quarterly billing, confident in working with relevant software and in liaising with finance/accounts.
  • Organising busy diaries, coordinating meetings and travel, and triaging emails.
  • All MS Office packages and ideally in the use of 3E and legal practice management software.
