Legal PA | 45-50K | Dublin City Centre | Hybrid My client who is based in D1 is currently looking for a Legal Personal Assistant (PA) to assist in supporting Partners.
The role will consists of Legal PA duties and would suit someone from a medium to large law firm background, with 4+ years experience.

The individual will have previous experience in a similar administrative role, demonstrating their flexibility to manage an ever-changing working environment.

Experience of working across practice areas within the legal sector such as, commercial, litigation, corporate, employment etc.A 'can do' attitude, willingness to learn and expand knowledge and skills within the role, approachability, flexibility as to hours and the role itself, a practical/common sense approach.Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with individuals at different levels of seniority in a matrix structure.Excellent phone manner - internally and externally coupled with an ability to communicate clearly and to listen effectively.First-class administrative skills, attention to detail and accuracy together with problem solving skills.A commitment to self-development and continuous self-learning.Proven ability to work effectively as a team player.Ability to stay calm in often demanding situations and work well under pressureThe closing date for the role in Friday the 28th of March - To be considered please reach out to ******
