Barden are delighted to partner with a multinational financial services firm who are looking to hire a Research Data Analyst. This is an Associate level role and will suit someone with 1-2 years post graduate experience. Our client is based out for Dublin and the role is fully remote. Given the nature of the role you must be based in Ireland.

About the Role:

  • You will join the Business Insights Team who provide insightful, and rigorous analysis to allow this company to achieve its strategic growth objectives.
  • As part of your day to day you will analyse both external and internal data to identify trends, opportunities, and threats and present findings in easily consumable and reliable formats.
  • You will support business development initiatives by providing data-driven insights for targeting and preparation.

About the person:

  • To be successful in this role the person will have the ability to conduct thorough yet timely research and link findings to tangible business outcomes.
  • You must be a creative thinker that can develop ideas and present information in an engaging and clear manner.
  • Be proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Have experience with data management, manipulation and visualization applications like PowerBI, or analytical tools such as R or Python
  • A self-starter with excellent organizational, planning, and project management skills; excellent attention to detail and the ability to prioritize workloads and meet tight deadlines.
  • Excellent written communication skills.
  • Positive, solution-oriented mindset.
  • Comfortable dealing with and processing large amounts of information.
  • Collaborative team player.
  • Comfortable working effectively with a remote global team.
  • Calm under pressure
