Overview

We are working with a tier-1 national law firm based in Dublin for a Junior Lawyer to join their Debt Capital Markets team.

Responsibilities
  • Provide clear and concise legal documentation.
  • Provide informed legal advice to the firm\'s national and international clients on high value structured finance matters.
  • Draft various legal documents and contribute to business development.
  • Work with national and international clients including arrangers, trustees & issuers.
Qualifications
  • 0-3 years' PQE.
  • Debt capital markets and structured finance experience desirable but not essential.
  • Ideal candidate will come from a Commercial Law firm with finance experience.
  • Excellent academics.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Technically excellent.
