Housekeeping Supervisor – Assistant Executive Housekeeper – Executive Housekeeper

Your Focus
  • Greet guests warmly and courteously upon interaction.
  • Clean guest rooms according to standards within the allotted time by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming.
  • Change bed linens and replace towels and amenities.
  • Clean and polish furniture and fixtures; dust furniture, walls, and equipment.
  • Notify management of repairs needed in guest rooms.
  • Handle guest items left in rooms according to lost and found policy.
  • Follow sustainability practices related to HHM's EarthView program.
  • Practice safe work habits, wear protective equipment, and follow MSDS and OSHA standards.
  • Perform house person and lobby attendant duties when short-staffed or during peak periods.
  • Aim to improve guest satisfaction scores and overall guest experience.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Your Background and Skills
  • High school diploma preferred.
  • Previous housekeeping experience or equivalent training required.
  • Ability to understand and communicate in English.

Work Environment and Context
  • Work schedule may vary and include holidays and weekends.
  • Requires standing for extended periods, walking, pushing, pulling, reaching, bending, squatting, kneeling, lifting up to 20 pounds, and handling cleaning chemicals.
