Our core work includes:

·Traffic management

·Vehicle restraint systems (VRS/road crash barriers)

·Kerbing, ducting, footpaths, signs, bollards, road markings

·Vegetation clearance works

We're known for keeping projects clean, safe, and efficient, and we're looking for a hands-on foreman who shares our teamwork values and can help us deliver quality results every time.

The Role

This isn't just a foreman's job, it's an opportunity to lead from the front, work alongside a skilled crew, and take pride in delivering projects to the highest standards.

You will:

·Plan and set up safe, compliant worksites

·Read and work from drawings with accuracy

·Lead and motivate a small, capable crew

·Manage materials and maintain tidy, safe work zones

·Communicate clearly with head office and keep accurate records

·Travel to sites across Ireland (with rare overnight stays — expenses covered)

·You may also work on VRS or bridge maintenance projects, adding variety to your role

·Every project you lead will contribute to building safer, smarter infrastructure for the communities we serve

What We're Looking For:

·Full B licence - you'll be on the road

·Hands-on experience in civil works (kerbing, ducting, signage, etc.)

·Ability to read drawings and complete job sheets

·Strong leadership skill – able to motivate, support, and guide your crew

·A proactive, can-do approach to problem – solving

·C or CE Driving Licence

·Managerial or technical experience

·Highway work background
