Food & Beverage Assistant

Reporting to the Food & Beverage Manager and the Operations Manager, the Food and Beverage Assistant will provide friendly and efficient service to hotel guests.

Your Job:

  • Greet regular guests by name and know their preferences.
  • Maintain a good working knowledge of food and wine, and be able to make recommendations.
  • Be friendly, courteous, and professional at all times.
  • Upsell and maximize sales revenue whenever possible.
  • General cleaning of bar and restaurant areas.
  • Serve food and beverages to guests.

What You'll Need:

  • Previous experience is essential.
  • Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, and weekends.
  • Experience in a high-volume/fast-paced environment.
  • Fluent English and excellent communication skills.
  • Micros experience is preferable.
  • Experience in a hotel setting is preferable.
