PRINCIPAL RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT – MIDLANDS

Cpl are expanding and are looking for a talented and experienced Agency Recruiter, based in the Midlands or relocating to, to join our team, specifically focusing on building a perm/temp Commercial desk from the ground up. This is a permanent, 360 role, with a heavy focus on business development, networking and events relating to Accountancy, Sales, Marketing, Office Support, Customer Services, HR and more in the region. You will have a chance to work in a cutting edge sector with immense growth potential. You will have autonomy and creative input in building out the desk's direction and strategy. You will receive comprehensive support from a dedicated team to ensure you are successful in this role. About The Role

  1. Build personal book of business with all clients in the Midlands of Ireland, predominantly focusing on a commercial desk.
  2. Meet or exceed target fee's & KPI's through development of long term client relationships.
  3. Source high quality candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks and referrals.
  4. Develop, maintain, and manage client accounts.
  5. Identify new business opportunities within the aviation sector by researching market trends and attending industry events.
  6. Take ownership for personal and professional development.
  7. Lead by example and ensure that Cpl best practices and Core Values are always demonstrated.
  8. Develop an in-depth knowledge of industry sector and/or functional area.
  9. Ensure a positive contribution to social media mediums to drive networking, candidate identification and develop client relations.
  10. Manage recruitment administration tasks including contract negotiation, offer letters, and onboarding processes which align to the client.

Responsibilities

  • Previous Agency Recruitment experience - Essential
  • Strong track record of business development and meeting/exceeding targets.
  • Effective communicator and influencer with great energy and excellent presentation skills.
  • Good IT skills.
  • Ability to multitask and be delivery focused.
  • Motivated, hardworking, ambitious, resilient with a positive attitude.
  • Customer centric.
  • Is proficient in working off own initiative.

Open On Qualifications, Industry Experience Is More Important.

Knowledge of recruitment software and CRM systems.
