My client who is one of the predominate suppliers of Clinical Diagnostics Equipment to the Hospitals of Ireland has a need for another Training and Support Specialist to expand their Team.

You will ideally be based in or near Dublin so you can travel from the capital to Hospitals across Ireland.

This role comes with a fully expensed Car allowing you to Train and Support Healthcare works on-site in the Hospitals.

An Associate / Entry Level role you will need to have a bachelor's degree in a Science or Nursing discipline, as we are keen to talk with Talent who have exposure to Clinical Diagnostic Devices.

This position comes with a developmental career path where previous Training and Support Specialists have moved into Sales roles – APPLY TODAY

Role:

Working in the area of Laboratory Diagnostic Solutions to Healthcare Clients (Hospitals) you will Manage all the Training & Support for the roll-out of new Devices. This will involve running detailed Product Training Programmes for Healthcare Professionals in the Hospitals across the 32 Counties of Ireland.

Duties:

  • Be proficient in Training and demonstrating Clinical Diagnostic equipment and consumables to a wide range of health professionals
  • Work closely with the Clinical Diagnostics Manager to ensure all training projects are delivered professionally in a timely manner
  • Ensure effective sales coverage of all Hospitals, Public and Private in Ireland including the Dublin, Cork and Galway areas
  • Support to the existing Clinical Diagnostic sales team, including activities in training and customer support/development as necessary to meet short term and strategic objectives
  • Keep all documentation up to date including Training competency documents, audit documents and all other relevant documents pertaining to the specific projects the candidate will be involved in
  • Initiation of technical support or manufacturing support to achieve same objectives
  • Reporting to the Clinical Diagnostic Manager and working closely with the other sales team both internal and external

Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in a Science or Nursing discipline
  • Ideally One Year Plus in Training / Support / Sales
  • A background in Clinical Diagnostics Systems / Laboratory Equipment
  • Driving License
