We are seeking an exceptional Laboratory Diagnostic Solutions Specialist to join our client's team.

This key role involves managing all aspects of training and support for the roll-out of new devices, ensuring effective sales coverage across Ireland.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in Clinical Diagnostics Systems and Laboratory Equipment, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

A bachelor's degree in a Science or Nursing discipline is essential, along with one year of experience in training, support, or sales roles.

This permanent, full-time position offers a competitive salary package, including a company car, pension scheme, and opportunities for professional development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for healthcare professionals
  • Work closely with the Clinical Diagnostics Manager to ensure timely project delivery
  • Provide technical support to clients, resolving any issues efficiently
  • Maintain accurate documentation, including training records and audit documents
  • Report to the Clinical Diagnostic Manager, working closely with internal and external sales teams
