YOUR ROLE

Sogeti is seeking applications for a ServiceNow Business Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in shaping and enhancing the ServiceNow platform by leading business analysis efforts, identifying improvement opportunities, and supporting strategic decision-making. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with stakeholders across the business to deliver impactful solutions that align with business goals.

Key Responsibilities of the role:

  • Lead the review and analysis of current and future ServiceNow business requirements to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Conduct feasibility studies and develop both high-level and detailed business models to support solution design.
  • Identify and validate technical solutions, contributing to strategic planning and business justification.
  • Communicate critical findings and recommendations to senior management, supporting organisational change initiatives.
YOUR PROFILE
  • Minimum of 3 years' relevant experience in business analysis within a ServiceNow environment.
  • Proven ability to identify and implement technical solutions aligned with business strategy.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and business acumen, with the ability to anticipate and mitigate risks.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience delivering insights to leadership.
  • Ability to look for strategic solutions for the client and provide cross project solutions.
