ServiceNow Business Analyst Role Overview

As a seasoned ServiceNow Business Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in driving business value by leading analysis efforts and identifying opportunities for improvement. You will be responsible for reviewing and analyzing current and future ServiceNow business requirements to develop strategic solutions.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the review and analysis of current and future ServiceNow business requirements to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Conduct feasibility studies and develop high-level and detailed business models to support solution design.
  • Identify and validate technical solutions, contributing to strategic planning and business justification.
  • Communicate critical findings and recommendations to senior management, supporting organisational change initiatives.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 3 years' relevant experience in business analysis within a ServiceNow environment.
  • Proven ability to identify and implement technical solutions aligned with business strategy.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and business acumen, with the ability to anticipate and mitigate risks.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience delivering insights to leadership.
