Overview

Accounts Receivable | Credit Controller - 6 Month FTC

Location: Ballymount Co. Dublin

We are seeking a diligent and organized Credit Controller to join our team to manage customer accounts, ensure timely collection of payments, and maintain accurate ledgers. Your contributions will directly support our financial health and strengthen customer relationships.

Responsibilities
  • Manage customer accounts and ensure timely collection of payments
  • Maintain accurate ledgers and accounting records
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with customers
  • Communicate effectively regarding payment terms, collections, and disputes
  • Assist with process improvements to enhance collection efficiency
  • Respond to inquiries from internal stakeholders and customers
  • Work on a rota basis for collection calls and incoming calls
Requirements
  • Proven experience in credit control or accounts receivable (at least 2 years)
  • Strong knowledge of credit control processes and best practices
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with customers
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines under pressure
  • Team-oriented with a focus on improving processes and systems
  • Comfortable with making collection calls as well as handling incoming calls on a rota basis
